No way are these shoes suitable for orthotics, despite being advertised as such. I now have to pay to return! They have a removable innersole but then have another innersole glued in the bottom of the shoe! At best you would not even get a thin orthotic in these let alone a serious orthotic. Extremely disappointed. They are not extra deep as a shoe requiring orthotics should be and should not be advertised as orthotic friendly.
